Enter License Key

Open the app and enter your license key. Contact us to get your key.

Add AI Keys (Optional)

Go to Settings → AI Keys. Add your own Groq, Together AI and DeepSeek keys for your own billing. If skipped, O3HMS default keys are used.

Connect Camera & Start

Plug in your USB endoscope camera. The app will auto-detect it. You're ready!

Video recording during procedure — saves to local disk
